Fab Flares

I've been looking for the perfect pair of flared jeans for a while now and my favourites were narrowing down...

I love these beauties - the 'Birkin' from Reiss as worn by Olivia Palermo...

These were another inspiration... the gorgeous EM Bluebells from EmersonMade...

And then Bingo! I spied these 'Jessie' jeans whilst out in sunny (cough cough) Reading at good old Top Shop for £42.

They came home with me then and there and I am pleased to report we are living happily ever after! xx

... with the new additions to my wardrobe courtesy of J Crew. There are no J Crew stores in the UK but, new for this season, you can buy from a capsule collection at the fantabulous Net-a-Porter.

It is a hot hot day here today and I am loving the beautiful black silk gorgette shorts - probably too good for the school run but so comfortable and gorgeous.

The magenta vest is beautiful and gives a real pop of colour.
